Our strategy consists of three major elements:

Firstly, we keep developing to maintain leadership in innovative beauty device technologies. The BYAS devices are constantly improved, with the current Face Lifter having already passed its third and the Body Lifter and the Eye Lifter its second innovation loop.

Secondly, we sell BYAS as a holistic system. The Face Lifter and the Eye Lifter come with a set of cosmetics and the Body Lifter with nutritionals, all of them have highly effective, cutting-edge ingredients in their formulation. The devices plus a targeted range of consumables ensure we cater for the consumers´ beauty needs in a very comprehensive way. To round off the offering, customers can have their BYAS cosmetic products and BYAS nutritionals delivered comfortably and directly at home, month after month and at special prices. With this approach we work on building the largest customer base in the industry.

Thirdly, we knew we would need a totally new sales concept for marketing BYAS effectively. Obviously, everybody knew a lot of people who were interested in looking younger and losing weight, but not everybody was up to explaining the technology involved or selling devices on their own right from scratch. So we developed the concept of Social Club Selling. Social Club Selling unites the advantages of the three most effective distribution channels –direct marketing, franchising and e-commerce –and creates the foundations for a totally new generation of entrepreneurs. New partners can invite their friends to their club by giving them a voucher for a free wrinkle-reducing or weight-loss treatment. Trained partners present the products. This has led to successful sales in a relaxed but professional atmosphere in over 50% of all cases.

Christian looks back to more than 10 years international experience as an active networker. He was one of the industry´s most successful leaders in Europe with an overall team size of 120.000 customers. Utilizing his vast specific expertise, Christian founded WellStar in 2004 and has been heading the company since then as CEO and Chief Strategist. As such, he is driven by two main goals: Firstly, to create new markets with products that are extremely innovative and to reach the top in these markets and stay there. And secondly, to create sales strategies and concepts that ensure partners have a sustainable and stable income, using customer-oriented Social Club Shopping. As an innovation leader, Christian is guided by the vision to always reinvent his company and thus help shape the future.
