More than 90 percent of all network marketing industry leaders start out on a part-time basis, in addition to their regular employment. In the first few months of their engagement, most distributors manage to build a good customer base, but only one strong line of team partners. Most other compensation plans often simply ignore this group due to monthly qualifications and second leg requirements in binary systems, which are very difficult to achieve for part-timers. The result is that 90 percent of this important group of partners end up without earning a single euro on team sales every month. This is a massive trigger for fluctuation. It also means a lot of work for the team leaders at higher levels, as partners without any passive income are obviously harder to retain and often experience disillusionment after the initial couple of months. The solution is to have stable incomes with a dynamic level plan.
